What does registration include?

• 20 or 40 weekly classes of 55-minute tuition per class according to the selected course program, and the activities included within them.
A quality education imparted by teachers of language and humanities who have earned a complementary university degree in the teaching of Spanish as a foreign language and experience in the teaching of languages.
• Small Class Sizes: You will never be in an overcrowded class with more than ten students. Each class is organized by course and level according to European Reference Framework in teaching foreign languages ​​(A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2) approved by the European Council.
• The academic, cultural, and free time activities included in your program: we offer many opportunities to join extracurricular affordable activities.
• A folder with useful information on Salamanca and a Student Card, by Letra Hispánica and by Salamanca, ciudad del español, which entitles you to certain discounts and benefits (such as use of the public library and to receive discounts from different business in Salamanca). • Learning material specially prepared and revised for our teachers every three years. We do not use a text book in class.
• Lodging in carefully selected families or residences, if you have paid for a course with accommodation. You will have the right to change accommodations if you are not satisfied with the assigned family.
• Service of socio-cultural animation.
• Free use of internet on our computers, and the access code to our WIFI.
• Tutoring concerning your learning and advice.
• Certificate of Completion from Letra Hispánica (after a positive evaluation) or Certificate of Attendance (if the students attend 90% of classes).
• A teaching report by your Tutor with some learning recommendations.
• Issue of certificate of registration to obtain the visa, if needed.
• Important: Health insurance is not included.

Privacy Policy

The archives, files, databases and Letra Hispánica´s web page are modified to the guidelines of the European Regulation 2016/679, of April 27, 2016, regarding the process and protection of an individual´s personal data information and the Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, in reference to the Protection of Personal Data.

Under these laws, Letra Hispánica keeps and manages only the personal data of those that have been provided directly by the individual, either through the use of a registration service on our website, emails that have been sent by Letra Hispánica, and/or through direct personal contact.

This information is stored securely in Letra Hispánica´s databases and is accessible only to authorized personnel. Furthermore, the information stored is only used to communicate with current, past, and potential customers and will never be transferred to any third party.

Likewise, interested parties may exercise their rights of access, modification, cancellation, and their right to be forgiven and forgotten by mail to Letra Hispánica SURL, Peña Primera street No. 18, CP 37002, Salamanca, or via email to info@letrahispanica.com, along with valid proof of identity (photocopy of the DNI), and indicating in the subject line "PROTECTION OF DATA". If the person is under the age of 16, the authorization by their legal guardian is required.

Conditions & Guarantees

• The prices for the courses and services are final prices. The certificates granted at the end of a course are included in its Price.
• The fees of registration and lodging have to be paid at least, a week before the start date for the courses or programs. For courses that last more than three months, the total amount can be divided into three monthly periods.
• All our courses imply the payment of a €120'00 enrollment fee, which will be deducted from the final total cost of the course. The enrollment fee must be paid via our secure payment getaway at our website.
• Charges of the bank transfer will be the responsibility of the student and will be paid by him or her within the first three days of the course.
• If a student cancels registration before classes start, he/she will be returned 80% of the pre-registration fee if we are notified at least a month before classes start; he/she will be returned 60% if he/she notifies us seven days before classes start. If the cancellation is done after these periods, there will be no return, but pre-registration in Letra Hispánica will remain valid for a year.
• Cancellations must be made in a written form.
• If for illness or any other serious reason a student has to interrupt her/his studies in Letra Hispánica, once classes have started, the fees she/he has paid will remain valid for a year, so that he/she can finish his/her studies.
• The students can ask for a change of family with no need to give reasons.
• Letra Hispánica reserves the right to cancel a course or program. In this case, the student will be informed with plenty time and will be given alternatives. If an agreement is not reached, the student will get the full amount of the fees paid to Letra Hispánica.
• Our school is adhered to the Consumer Arbitration. If you feel that our services do not meet the quality offered you can file a written complaint at school. If we cannot come to an agreement and solve it in a friendly way, you may transfer the complaint to the Consumer Arbitration Board of the Salamanca, and we will accept the arbitral award.
